Manual harvesting of the finest estate Merlot and Cabernet grapes is carried out in small crates. Long maceration (45–50 days) with gentle pump‑overs and concurrent malolactic fermentation. The wine is racked directly into new French oak barrels, where it matures for one year. Subsequently meticulously blended into only two new French oak barrels sourced from different forests (double passage in new barrels). After blending, bottled and naturally clarified, then matured in glass for 3 years before release. Aged for 2 years in French oak barrels, with double passage in new barriques, followed by 2 years in bottle.
